The Corporate Governance Report provides a general overview of the corporate governance system adopted by Sorin Group.

The report also contains information on shareholder structures, adherence to our Code of Conduct and compliance with their consequent obligations, thereby highlighting the choices made by the company in applying its corporate governance principles. This report has been prepared with applicable laws and regulations, and takes into account the guidelines and recommendations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and of representative business associations.

The text of the report is sent to Borsa Italiana in line with the terms required by applicable regulations.
