Our Mission and Values
The mission of Sorin Group is to be stakeholders' recognized global leader in haemodynamics, and a true innovator in cardiac-rhythm management. To achieve this mission, we must continue to lead our industry in terms of professionalism and business conduct, and in how we fulfill our social responsibilities within our wider communities. We live by strong values:

Sorin considers proactive compliance with this Code to be vital to the health of our company. Of course, as a multinational headquartered in Italy, specific national aspects of corporate governance are covered here, and the Code will constitute a fundamental element in our Internal-Control System.
No single Code of Conduct can cover the enormous variety of legal and regulatory requirements applicable in the many countries where Sorin does business. Nevertheless, Sorin is a global leader in its sector and insists upon strict compliance with this Code wherever we do business around the world.
In short, as CEO of Sorin S.p.A., I demand the highest standards from our Group, and reward passion for fair and ethical business.
